232 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 232 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 232 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

232 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all users of the 232 platform, including registered account holders, guest users, and any individual who accesses platform content without registering.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 232 services, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. It is recommended to use a strong password and not share it with anyone. 232 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact 232 support immediately. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account reasonably suspected of involvement in suspicious activity or breach of these terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 232 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful purpose
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the 232 platform to other users
  • Using another person's identity or account details without authorisation
  • Taking any action that compromises the integrity of games or fairness to other users

Users found to be in violation of the above rules will face appropriate action, including immediate account suspension and possible reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 232 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and other local payment options.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered under the same user's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the transaction being suspended.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 232 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This verification process is in place to protect the security of your account.

Transaction processing times are as follows: e-wallet deposits are processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the bank. Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours after the request is verified.

The platform is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

232 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond the platform's control.

The platform does not guarantee that its services will operate without interruption or be entirely free from technical errors. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time, and the platform will endeavour to minimise any service downtime.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, interface designs, and related materials on the 232 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The 232 platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party services. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms of service of any third party before using them.

6. Account Policy, Governing Law & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

232 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users. Balances in suspended accounts will be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account closure is processed. Account closure requests are typically completed within 5 business days.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of the 232 platform shall first be resolved through mutual consultation. The platform is committed to addressing user complaints fairly and transparently through the customer support channels provided.

Changes to Terms

232 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
